Support Raj Hathiramani in the 2011 Chicago Marathon

Raj Hathiramani

New York, NY

Past Marathons:

Wisconsin

NYC

Paris

San Fran

Marathon Time Goal:

Sub 3 hours

Reason for SCIS:

I was inspired to run a marathon after my friend Yusef "Big Boy" Elfiki, decided to drop the dumbbells and conquer several marathons around the world in 2009, when we worked together in Chicago. Yusef and Geoff wouldn't let my move to London stop them from persuading me to run my first marathon and with SCIS some day. As a SCIS supporter for the past four years, I've finally decided to lace up and join the best team. Geoff's remarkable success story coping with his spinal cord injury inspires me every day to move forward and run to live. Thank you for your support!
