Reason for SCIS:
This injury is one of the most life-changing injuries ever...I know because I live with it every day...three years and counting. I, too, believe that a cure is in the near future, but we can't get to the cure without funding and research to attain this cure. I've come a long way since then, though I still look forward to the day when I can walk, run, and do again everything I've done before the onset of my injuries. I run for SCIS because I know that every dollar you contribute goes directly to research towards finding a cure.
