Marathon Time Goal:
Just to Finish
Inspiration:
Last year I was proud to finish my first marathon for SCIS alongside many of my close friends for a cause I truly believe in. This year I am run for my best friend and fellow SCIS teammate, Katie Durrin. Her perseverance to overcome obstacles and hard work towards running and all aspects of life inspires me everyday. "The glory of friendship is not the outstretched hand, nor the kindly smile, nor the joy of companionship; it is the spiritual inspiration that comes to one when you discover that someone else believes in you and is willing to trust you with a friendship" - Ralph Waldo Emerson. Thanks for the final 8 last year :)
