Inspiration:
I have trained for 3 marathons in the past, only to fall victim each and every time to various injuries. I had pretty much given up on trying to run a full marathon and began concentrating on running shorter distances. Sometime in May, I received a call from Graham informing me that there were a couple of vacancies to run under SCIS. It didn't take me but 5 minutes to say yes and begin my training for my 4th marathon, and most importantly, raise money and awareness for an excellent cause.
